I have told people until I am blue in the face that one great way to help your weight loss is to stop eating of dinner plates that look like they are a satellite dish. When you have a large dinner plate you subconsciously feel the need to fill that plate. If you only fill half of it then you will be thinking you are only eating half a meal. If you use a small plate then it takes far less food to fill it up and you will trick yourself into not feeling short changed at meal times.
