Now I am not the kind of person who would recommend to you guys that you should be losing a ton of weight each week. As a matter of fact studies have shown that a slow, steady and sensible weight loss is the best way to not only lose weight, but also to keep it off as well. But I know how hard it can be to lose weight and sometimes you wish you had a little turbo button that could give you a little boost. Well I do not have plans for some kind of turbo button, but I do have some proven ways to speed up your weight loss.

It’s only the last few years that I have realized that not only is fiber important, but a fiber rich diet can really do wonders for your weight loss. Not only is working out a wonderful way to kick start your metabolism, it is also a great way to put your mind in a positive state for the day ahead. This takes away the chance of you getting hungry at 10am and hitting the vending machine.
