Moderation: Moderation is one of the main things that people seem to overlook when they start to eat healthy. By eating things in moderation you ensure that your body gets what it needs, but also that you can treat yourself every once and a while. For example pizza once or twice a month is not a bad thing, this is called eating in moderation. Pizza once or twice a week though is not eating in moderation. Try not to eat too much from just one food group also.
