However I know how tempting these weight loss pills can be and I have even bought into them in the past. Here we are looking at the general pros and cons of these store bought weight loss pills. I say store bought as those ones are actually legal.
1: Most of the diet pills you see for sale in stores have been approved by your countries regulators as being safe for sale and consumption so that is something that is good to know.
2: The main draw of these diet pills is that they block the fat from the food you are eating. Which when you are trying to lose weight does sound very appealing.
3: They do not get you hooked like many other over the counter kind of pills can do. There is nothing in the actual pills that will make you addicted to taking them. So if you bought a bottle, but saw no positive effects at least you know your body will not be craving them.
4: Weight loss pills can get rid of hunger pains! Hunger pains and just a feeling like we need some junk food are things that many of us who have struggled to lose weight can relate to. Many people do say that weight loss pills help to take away those hunger pains and food cravings that they get when they are on a diet.
5: While the pills may not give you any amazing weight loss results, they can have a somewhat placebo effect that makes you want to exercise more and take your diet more seriously.
1: Weight loss pills have been proven to give people really bad gas. And we are talking clear the room gas here people.
2: More than a few people have reported getting spot breakouts and oily skin for taking weight loss pills on a regular basis.
3: Many of the top brands of weight loss pills have stimulants in them. These can cause you to have trouble sleeping and even mess with your heart rate as well as causing other problems with your nervous system.
4: Some people have developed some kind of psychological effects from taking weight loss pills. While these cases are somewhat rare it has still been documented. Paranoia, hyperactivity and even feelings of euphoria have been experienced by people taking these kind of pills.
5: They can make you lazy! Some people think that they can continue to live the same unhealthy life style and eat the same junk food, as long as they are taking diet pills. These pills can make a person feel like they are not personally responsible for their own weight loss.
